Your Role / Responsibilities:
Advisera offers a workplace with clear goals and established working methods. This provides excellent earning opportunities. With us, you will start your employment with an introduction and training that gives you a basic understanding of our various products and services. After training, you will gradually start booking meetings for our Corporate Advisors. Your main task is meeting booking, but you will also learn about our entire sales process; prospecting, meeting booking, customer meetings, needs analysis, analysis, presentation of suitable solutions for the customer, signing, implementation, operation, and follow-up. You will regularly have follow-up meetings with your immediate manager, where you will receive the right coaching to achieve your goals. To promote continuous development, we continuously invest in training, workshops, and follow-ups in sales.
Personal Qualities:
You are passionate about sales and succeeding in business.
Competitive, service-oriented, and strive to constantly exceed expectations.
You have good communication skills and feel comfortable with customer contact both over the phone and in personal meetings.
Socially competent with high morals and ethics.
Business-driven, trustworthy, and pedagogical.
We Prefer That You Have:
Previous experience in sales or service.
Hold a B driver's license.
Have an educational background in e.g. economics, service, or sales (meritorious).
